On March 17, ECF's French member FUB (FÉDÉRATION FRANÇAISE DES USAGERS DE LA BICYCLETTE) held its successful Annual General Meeting in Lyon, with 190 participants from all around France. On Friday the 30th of March, the City of Banja Luka has installed a bike-sharing system called ‘BL bike’.
