Hey Leute, im Spätsommer werde ich von der Gegend Nürnberg nach Dänemark (Hvide Sande) fahren. Geplant (komoot) ist bis jetzt eine Mischung aus normaler Fahrradstrecke und etwas Gravel. Nürnberg-Bamberg-Göttingen-Hildesheim-Fähre Glückstadt-Husum-Hvide Sande und dann nach Flensburg mitm Zug zurück. Habt ihr Streckenempfehlungen für mich? Mir sind schöne Eindrücke vor allem von der Natur wichtig. Ich war noch nie wirklich in Mittel-/Norddeutschland und will das Land kennenlernen. 1150km, 4100hm und Etappen sind ca. 100-180km am Tag. Also auch eine körperliche Herausforderung. Die ist gewollt. Fahrrad ist ein sportlicher Tourer mit normalen Lenker mit Gepäckträgertaschen. Übernachtet wird im Zelt wild.

Hi everyone, I am a 32 year old female, 172 cm height and 58 kgs. I've been training consistently for tha past 2 years. I have started with weight training first but then incorporated cycling & running in addition to it. I bought a road bike and also a smart trainer so I could cycle indoors when the weather is bad. My routine consists of 2 legs days, 2 times upper body and 2-3 times either cycling (I use Zwift and I use the structure training programs). I try to eat fairly well and heart healthy - a balanced diet of protein, carbs and healthy fats. I've also been doing intermitten fasting for the past year and a half. All is good but I don't see any progress - not significat muscle gains (only my legs have become just a bit stronger I guess). Now - when I look at the miror I look okay, in terms of weight but that's not the point. I want muscle gains and I want my body to look fit, shaped and elastic. Now when I look at it - it just seems okay but loose and like skinny fat. I don't see more than 10% improvement for the past 2 years that I've been exercising so consistently. I obviously do something wrong and I'd really appreciate your insights. Thank you very much and sorry for the long post.

Im wondering how may I be able to keep my fitness cycling this much, last time I lost 5.5kg and I wasn't too happy about it despite eating like a pig. I'm a bit buff now, don't want to become a stick. The other issue is that in my previous path there was a lot of people who offered help along the way, washing clothes, charging devices and even cheap accommodation. But this will be more rugged, and I know how much a shower and clean clothes can recharge you. Any solutions? Path is Italy to Finland, waiting for spring. Any info on corona, I've been waiting 2 years for my trip; I got to take it this year or I literally lose my vacation days; don't know if it gives for trouble, I already got covid. Also the tent and rain, what can you do? I ended up packing it wet often and oboy the stench. But its impossible to dry when it's literally raining. As for everything else, I think I know. I have a good indestructible setup.

Bringt das wirklich was? Hat jemand schonmal spürbar einen Erfolg erzielen können bei zugeparkten Radwegen oder so? Schließlich gehen die Meldungen beim Ordnungsamt ja nur per Mail ein und was man so hört, sind die Ämter ja ohnehin überlastet.
