Saddle Sore ended up being a Sinus Tract

Something rare, or at least not seen when I searched for it, is that what I thought was a Saddle Sore ended up being a Sinus Tract not related to HS (Hidradenitis suppurativa) It started as a simple saddle sore at the base of my groin/leg/butt area; the pain was manageable so I was riding through it. Weeks later I noticed it was becoming more of a line right between the leg and the groin, about an inch long that turned into about an inch an a half of swollen pink; after a weekend of about 6 hours I noticed a lot of pain when showering and it had developed a saddle sore type opening in the pink line. After a trip to the dermatologist it turned out it was something called a Sinus Tract, not related to Hidradenitis suppurativa, that is a chronic condition. (It was nothing like the pictures online) So if anybody finds this at the right time, the line isn’t going away because it’s underneath the pores, so you will need a deroofing so that it can heal. It was considered surgery but covered by my insurance and I just paid the regular consult copay. Recovery time is 1-2 weeks and he told me I could get back on the saddle as soon as it didn’t hurt to do so.

Used to bike regularly back in 2015 then had to give up cycling due to an international move and other reasons. I recently got my bikes back (a Trek hybrid and a Pinarello carbon road bike) and it seems I've totally forgotten *everything* I knew about cycling. (Not that I was that knowledgeable to begin with but still). I'm a bundle of nerves, mounting and dismounting with clipless pedals give me anxiety (I remember I got this down pat before), I second and third guess every little move on the bike. Anyway, I have two chief concerns for the moment: 1. How on earth do I mount the bike on a steep downward slope? Do I still need to pedal? 2. Is there anything I can do to lessen my anxiety while riding? What basic moves should I practice while in a safe environment, stuff like that?

Hello, I recently got myself a beautiful mountain bike and have been riding for about two weeks now. I am seasoned runner and have been running for years. I also have been weightlifting for years to. Now why do I bring this up? Well my clothes during those activities don't smell or they smell very little. However when it comes to cycling...oh god. The smell is pretty bad. In the two weeks that I have had the bike, I have gone for 10 rides. Varying distances from 18km to 22km and shortly after coming home and smelling my clothes, they absolutely stink. They smell like I have been working out for 3, 4 hours plus. It's a bit jarring to be honest, My running clothes never smelled anything near this and the distances are about the same. Really curious if anyone has noticed this too.

Ich bin etwas verwirrt, bei Google habe ich widersprüchliche Ergebnisse gefunden. So viel weiß muss man im Straßenverkehr eine Verkehrsausstattung haben (Licht, Reflektoren, Klingel usw.) Wie ist es mit Rennrädern? Ich dachte bisher immer dass bis 11kg tagsüber die Verkehrsausstattung nicht notwendig ist. Laut einigen Artikeln im Internet ist das nicht zulässig. Wenn das so ist wären ja 90% aller Rennradfahrer illegal unterwegs. Im Dunkeln machen die meisten Lichter dran, aber die Reflektoren fehlen dann trotzdem. Wie ist es mit Clip-Pedalen, die können ja auch schlecht Reflektoren haben. Sorry wenn die Frage dumm ist, ich bin ein Noob beim Thema Rennrädern. Ich plane eins anzuschaffen demnächst.
