Anyone else have this problem? I rode 100 miles today and the whole last 40 was just survival mode. Once I run out of glycogen (is that right?) I'm done. It's over. I try to eat but I literally can't keep anything down. Everything is disgusting and I will actually spit up food, even water if I'm bonked enough. I have tried so many dif bars and gels and trail mix and it's all bad. It sucks because I just have this wall I can't enjoy riding past. Anyone solved this? Tips?
