My normal routine: 1. I don't feel like going, but I force myself 2. I start peddling and think OK not so bad I'll keep going 3. I push hard and then eh not sure this was a good idea but I'll press on 4. I hit a groove and go wow I feel great and the scenery is amazing and the fresh air 5. I do a 10 mile lap and am about to get off...hmm let me do another 10, 20, 30..etc miles Rinse and repeat with the mileage increasing each time and me walking away from the ride thinking best decision I made in the day. Does this sound familiar to anyone or am I alone?
