...I've been to center parcs. For those that have never been its a holiday resort based in a few UK forests, cars are only permitted on the first and last day (to drop off and collect your bags). The rest of the time it's bikes or walking only and everything is set up for biking with high quality paths and walkway, loads of parking, hire bikes and trailers for young kids. Now I'm back to reality where I can't let my kids cycle freely and my wife is back in the car for even short distances. Now I've had a taste of proper cycling infrastructure I can imagine how good it would be for all towns to get it.

Anreise zur ersten Radtour gestaltet sich schwierig?

Hallo liebe Community :) Einige Freunde und ich möchten diesen Monat gerne unsere erste Radtour machen. Wir planen den Donauradweg zu fahren und möchten dafür gerne aus Berlin anreisen. Auch bei der Anreise würden wir gerne auf ein Auto+Anhänger verzichten, jedoch gestaltet sich die Planung dafür schwierig. Über Bahn.de sind bereits alle verfügbaren Fahrradstellplätze belegt, Anreisezeiten von >13h und das Risiko zu Zeiten des 9€ Tickets nicht in die Regio zu passen würden wir möglichst gerne vermeiden. Wir haben auch schon überlegt alternativ zum Donauradweg eine andere Strecke zu fahren, das Problem mit den Stellplätzen bleibt aber bestehen. Leider mangelt es uns an sinnvollen Alternativen und hier bitte ich um Rat. Habt ihr Alternativen zur Anreise mit der Bahn? Habe ich ich Db Shop bessere Chancen? Das ganze für 4 Personen+Rad Ich bin über jede Antwort und Hilfe dankbar!
