Hi people. I'm struggling to keep my motivation high and would like to see your pov and your experience about it. So, what you do? Suplements? Music? Motivacional cycling videos? Always riding waiting for the next coffee break? Now it's winter and motivation is almost always low for me, so I'm basically following my training plan based on discipline in order to achieve my goals. I think riding with other people would be nice, but I have a pretty heavy schedule at work and normally the group rides are while I'm working or on my way home. Was thinking about Zwift, but somehow it never attracted me and I was never feeling that Zwift is something I'd have fun with. Anyway folks, let me know how it works for you so I can steal some ideas. Cheers

Hallo zusammen, habe einen etwas frustrierenden Nachmittag hinter mir. Wollte mit dem Rad zur Arbeit und stelle fest dass ich einen Platten habe. Luft aufpumpen bringt nichts sofort wieder entwichen. Heute Nachmittag reparieren wollen. Hinterrad ausgebaut, den Mantel abzubekommen war ein unglaublicher Kraftakt, keine Ahnung wie canyon die Räder montiert. Schlauch hat ein großes Loch, habe ein Stück Glas im Mantel auf der Innenseite gefühlt und rausgezogen. Neuen Schlauch rein, Mantel drauf, Luft rein - bei weniger als 1,5 Bar dann ein zischen, Luft wieder weg. Mit dem Laufrad zu einem Fahrrad Laden gefahren, der Mitarbeiter meinte, da wird noch irgendwo vermutlich Glas enthalten sein.. Also neuen Schlauch, neuen Mantel drauf ziehen lassen. Eben zu Hause dann daran gescheitert, das Rad zu montieren. Auf den Bildern sieht man die steckachse. Ich bekomme sie nicht ganz rein und kann sie nicht festdrehen . Wenn ich ohne das Rad montiere, kann ich sie durchstecken und mit dem Inbusschlüssel von der anderen Seite anziehen. Sobald das Rad dazwischen ist, scheint dieses einfach nicht in die korrekte Position zu bringen zu sein. Mache ich da etwas so grundverkehrt? Habe eben eine knappe Stunde versucht die Achse zu befestigen und es hat einfach nicht funktionieren wollen. Danke vorab für eure Tipps
