What is a normal cadence?

I mostly ride solo but I been doing group rides recently, for about a month or so. In the slower groups I get it but even with the fast bois they still comment on my cadence being really high. Literally we will be cruising on the flats and I'll be coasting around 95 and without fail someone eventually mention my cadence. As I understood it, the average cycling cadence is around 90 or so which one should aim for. Even if I am pedalling 5 over that how would someone be even able to see 5rpm difference and be like "shit he's going 5 over, better announce this to the group!" Wouldn't most riders in an A group be pedalling at such a cadence anyway? I was more worried about the fact I ride a steel gravel bike or my small crankset or just being new to group riding making me stick out but for whatever reason it's my cadence.

I used to carry just water and food on rides, but then I started cramping on rides more than 1.5. Then I replaced water with 1 water and 1 Gatorade, but I still get cramps around 2hr mark. Last ride I took two 750ml bottles of Gatorade in my bottles, and around 2.5hrs I started cramping again! I'm not eating less, I feel good with how much I'm eating. How do I hydrate myself properly? I've seen some club riders put some pill-like things in their drinks. What's that?

Moin Liebe Radfahrer*innen, Ich möchte euch gerne mal eine Geschichte erzählen und euch um Rat fragen was ich nächstes mal besser machen kann. Folgendes ist passiert: Auf einer engen 1 Spurigen Straße die in einer 2 Spurigen Kreuzung mündet fuhr eine Radfahrerin samt Kind vor mir. Da nicht genug Platz war sie zu überrholen und es keinen Fahrradweg gab fuhr ich mit 20 kmh in einem Abstand von ca. 2 Wagenlängen hinter ihr. Nach ca. 300m kommen wir an besagte 2 Spurige Kreuzung. Die doofe Kuh hinter mit hatte es sehr eilig und war durch mein nicht überholen sehr genervt. Also wollte sie mich an der Kreuzung überholen. Im selben Moment streckt die Radfahrerin ohne zu schauen ihren linken Arm raus und zieht ebenfalls auf die Linke Spur. Da ich nur sehe wie die Autofahrerin hinter mir wie eine blöde beschleunigt Hupe ich laut um sie auf die Radfahrerin aufmerksam zu machen. Es klappt die Autofahrerin setzt zur notfallbremmsung an und verfehlt die Radfahrerin knapp. Nun aber kommt eine Radfahrerin aus dem Querverkehr angefahren und beleidigt mich von A bis Z lauthals pöbelnd warum ich denn die Radfahrerin anhupe, dass ich doch bitte einen Führerschein machen solle und da kein Radweg wäre und deswegen die Radfahrerin vor mir auf der Straße fahren muss. Ich durfte mich leider nicht mehr erklären da die Radfahrerin nach ihren Beleidigung sofort das Weite suchte nun erwischte ich mich bei dem zynischen Gedanke "Na gut nächstes mal schau ich dann einfach zu, dann meckert die Radfahrerin die andere Autofahrerin an und nicht mich" Da ich selbstverständlich nicht möchte, dass irgendwer ums Leben kommt dachte ich mir ich hole mir mal ein paar gute Vorschläge was ich nächstes mal besser machen kann.
