I have signed up for my first road bike event/race, so it'll be closed roads and fairly flat. It's the Ride London-Essex 100 event in May and I wanted to see what prep is recommended by experienced cyclists. Yes, I have looked up online and have seen various suggestions such as 2-3 rides per week and fueling regularly etc.. I'd like to get a bit more concrete and mix this with personal experiences. Weber Polygoneinsatz für Vollachsen

Hallo, vielleicht kann mir hier jemand helfen. Ich habe gebraucht einen Kinderanhänger erstanden der mit der Weber E Kupplung ans Fahrrad montiert wird. Leider waren nur Polygoneinsätze (Verdrehsicherung) für Schnellspannachsen dabei, ich bräuchte aber eine für Vollachsen. Diese scheint es im gesamten Internet nicht zu geben, weder neu noch gebraucht außer beim Hersteller selber. Dieser will aber utopische 6,50€ Versand und mindestens für 10€ Waren bestellt haben. So das ich im günstigsten Fall bei 16,50€ für so ein kleines Gussteil lande... . Deswegen wollte ich Mal hier fragen ob nicht wer noch so ein Ding rumliegen hat und es nicht mehr braucht oder mir vielleicht doch noch eine Alternative Bezugsquelle nennen kann. Der Einsatz hat die Nummer 3 eingeprägt. Vielen Dank schonmal
