For reference I’m a fairly skinny guy with Marfan syndrome so I don’t have the most defined muscles; but I’m starting to get muscle mass in my legs and I can actually see them! I’ve been bicycling everyday and trying to increase my distance. So far I’m only at around 3-5 miles (4-8 kilometres) which isn’t a lot compared to others I’ve seen on here, but this is just a small victory for me. Pedal on!!

Endlich ist es soweit, meine erste Version ist jetzt für iOS und Android verfügbar, auf Deutsch, Französisch und Englisch! Man stellt lediglich einmal die Specs des/der Fahrrads/Fahrräder ein und danach ist jeder Lösungsweg in nur 4 Klicks erreichbar. Die Tutorials sind sprachlich angepasst. Die Links zu den Werkzeugen und Ersatzteile sind - momentan noch - eher für den deutschsprachigen Raum angepasst. Es ist noch alles relativ einfach gehalten und bildet so die Grundlage für weitere Entwicklungen und deckt 75% der jährlichen Reparaturen einer durchschnittlichen Fahrradwerkstatt ab. Die App ist kostenfrei, nervt nicht mit Werbung und auf keinen Fall cross-platform data-sharing. Auf jegliches Feedback bin ich gespannt und freue mich drauf - ich vertraue auf die Bikebubble. Been on the bike for about 3 weeks now and I think it’s safe to say I’m addicted. Constantly checking what the wind will be like when I’m off work and thinking of new trails to find. Been willfully going out in sub 40f temps and 20+ mph winds just to scratch the itch. Had to force myself to take a break, as my body was asking for one, but my mind was telling me to “just go for a small little ride” lol anyone else have their post-work rides on their mind all day?

I was thinking about picking up a nice [Ti bike](https://www.planetx.co.uk/i/q/CBTIRRFOR1/titus-roadrunner-sram-force-1-titanium-road-bike). I won't be racing. I'll mostly be pulling my daughter down the bike path (I'm a mountain biker for the past 25 years and will primarily do mountain biking) but will also train indoors in the winter and go on solo rides as well, maybe a few group rides a year. My question is: is 70 degrees way too slack for the headtube for a small frame? I haven't found any bikes with a head tube this slack.
