Hi, ich brauche einmal eure Hilfe. Vor nicht einmal einer Stunde hatte ich eine Auseinandersetzung mit einem Autofahrer. Er fuhr in einer Kurve von hinten sehr nah an mich heran. In der direkt darauffolgenden Kurve überholte er mich sehr eng, woraufhin ich sehr aufgeregt war und mir ungünstiger Weise eine Beleidigung herausgerutscht ist (du kleiner Wixer). Daraufhin ging es ein wenig hin und er, er hat mich brake-checket, ich ihn darauf überholt, bin etwas langsamer in der Mitte der Fahrbahn gefahren und schließlich angehalten, um mit dem Fahrer zu reden (zweiter Fehler). Dieser ist daraufhin ausgestiegen und direkt auf mich zu gelaufen. Dann hat er groß ausgeholt und eine Schelle angetäuscht. Daraufhin geschubst, wobei ich nicht hingefallen bin, weil ich mich noch halten konnte. Leider stand ich daraufhin enorm unter Schock, sodass ich nicht die Polizei gerufen habe. Die Passanten sind angehalten, wollten mir aber ihre Telefonnummer nicht geben wg Zeugenaussagen. Zwei andere haben mir dann geholfen zur Ruhe zu kommen, aber diese habe ich nicht mehr nach Kontaktdaten gefragt, weil alles durcheinander ging. Ein Gedankenprotokoll habe ich direkt nach dem Vorfall aufgenommen. Die Frage ist: soll ich das anzeigen? Droht mir eventuell etwas wegen der Beleidigung? Freue mich über hilfreiche Tipps... Beim ADFC habe ich glaube ich eine Rechtsschutzversicherung, aber mit Eigenbeteiligung soweit ich mich erinnere.

Hallo liebe Community, Ich wollte mal fragen, wie ihr euch in so einer Situation verhalten würdet. Also, wir haben bei und in der Stadt einen größeren Park mit kombinierten Rad/Fussweg, der in der Mitte von einer kleinen, aber stark frequentierten Straße durchbrochen wird. An der Stelle, an der der Rad/Fußweg die Straße quert, ist ein Zebrastreifen. Jetzt ist mir natürlich bewusst, dass ich auf dem Rad hier keine Vorfahrt habe. Trotzdem bremsen die allermeisten Autofahrenden ab, wenn sie sehen, dass man sich der Kreuzung nähert. Mein normales Verhalten ist so: ich nähere mich langsam der Kreuzung. Wenn ich sehe, dass ein Auto abbremst, interpretiere ich das so, dass die Person darin freiwillig auf seine/ihre Vorfahrt verzichten will, und mache mich daran, zügig die Kreuzung zu überqueren, ohne abzusteigen. Bremsen die Autos nicht ab, steige ich ab, oder quere halt hinter dem Auto wenn es keinen weiteren Verkehr gibt. Gestern ist es mir an dieser Stelle aber passiert, dass ein Autofahrer, obwohl er - bevor ich überhaupt auf der Straße war - vollständig zum stehen gekommen ist, mich, als ich mit meinen beiden Kindern im Anhänger direkt vor Ihm war, angehupt und angeschrien hat, ich solle doch absteigen und schieben. Meine Tochter, die geschlafen hatte, wurde durch das laute gehupe aus dem Schlaf gerissen und hat erst mal 5 Minuten geweint und war danach den ganzen Nachmittag schlecht gelaunt, weil sie nicht genug geschlafen hatte. Meine Frage ist jetzt, wie verhält man sich korrekt in dieser Situation? Ich bin mir sicher, ich würde auch angehupt werden, wenn ich immer absteigen und schieben würde, da ich dann ja - aus Sicht der Person im Auto - die Kreuzung unnötig lange blockiere. Wie macht man es den Autofahrenden also recht?

Bei Preisen um die 100 Euro habe ich aber auch nicht das Budget wirklich mehrere Sättel durchzuprobieren. Wie geht ihr da vor? Nimmt man im Zweifel von zwei Größen den kleineren oder den größeren? Falls das irgendwie hilft und jemand einen heißen tip hat: Ich fahre auf dem betreffenden Rad so ~60° geneigt, bei 13,0-13,4 Sitzknochenabstand.
