To me, though, this is just another government distraction, taking people's minds away from what the public, including cyclists, really needs. On the news report the (obviously unbiased) BBC reporter suggested that we would then need to have all cyclists registered with identifying markers on their bikes (an equivalent to car number plates). This would be, to my mind, using a sledgehammer to crack a nut. The problem of speeding cyclists is tiny, infinitesimal. Registration of cycles/cyclists would be way too costly. If the cost is passed on to cyclists it would discourage new cyclists and lead to a continuation of overcrowded public transport in the major cities and increased motor car usage. I'm sure the subject will be quietly dropped very soon, of course. As I said, it's just a distraction as well as a method of giving non cyclists more reason to disparage bike riders.

Ich will da einfach mal ne vollständige Liste haben von, deswegen brauche ich hier eure Hilfe. Und gerne auch eure Hypothese wieso dieser ganze Crap so dämlich heißt. Hey guys, Just started serious cycling 2 months ago. I've been using the same bike during this time (Trek 820). I recently decided to upgrade the pedals to improve grip since my foot kept slightly slipping. With these new pedals, not only is my grip better, but suddenly my whole ride is better?! I feel more power, I'm faster, and feel less fatigue. Can upgraded pedals actually do that, or is it me improving? It's the MZYRH mountain bike pedals if anyone is wondering.

Auf dem Weg zur Arbeit stand heute ein Lieferwagen eines Paketzustellers auf der Straße. Löblicherweise hatte er versucht die Fahrradspur freizuhalten, jedoch ergaben sich daraus andere Probleme. Die Fahrradspur war zwischen dem Lieferwagen und dem geparkten Auto rechts sehr eng und quasi 100% dooring zone. Um mehr Platz zu machen hätte er in der Mitte der Straße parken müssen, auf die Verfügbarkeit alternativer Parkplätze davor oder dahinter habe ich nicht geachtet. Daher nun meine Frage was denkt ihr wo der Lieferwagen besser hätte parken können und wie wärt ihr dran vorbeigefahren? Ich bin letztlich links vorbeigezogen.

Natürlich besitze ich das 9-Euro-Ticket und möchte mit der Bahn anreisen. Gerade lese ich aber, dass die Fahrradmitnahme von Freitag bis Sonntag im Regionalverkehr gesperrt ist. Wie ist eure Erfahrung damit? Wird das konsequent durchgesetzt und ich lande irgendwo in der Pampa, oder lässt das Personal mich mitfahren wenn Platz da ist? Ich bin dankbar für jeden Hinweis
