For some, they see a bicycle, or hear a loud and clear "ON YOUR LEFT" and they forget what planet they're on, what species they are, and what millennium we're living in. Panic strikes them deep in the heart, their hair stands on end, brain function is rendered entirely nonexistent, their body flailing wildly about, legs completely unstable like that of a newborn foal, tripping over themselves and yanking their walking partner, human or canine, down into the depths of their stupidity. /rant Just thought anyone who has given an "on your left" only to have the person they're passing move to the left would find this relatable. My worst one this year was passing a couple walking their dog, give an "on your left" as a courtesy since I had room but don't like surprising people, and the lady immediately moves herself and the dog from the right part of the trail to the left and into my path, then off the left side of the trail once she realized there was a bike coming directly towards her 🙄

Ich fahre seit meiner Kindheit Fahrrad. Früher ist es mir nicht so aufgefallen, aber je älter ich werde desto mehr fällt mir auf wie gefährlich das immer wieder ist. Ständig wird man von Autofahrern beleidigt, bedrängt, Extremst nah überholt. Ich liebe es Fahrrad zu fahren aber ich habe immer mehr Angst. Ich versuche nur noch durch Parks zu fahren, meide große Straßen, schiebe auch mal. Aber langsam geht mir da echt der Elan aus. Ich will die Unwelt schützen und habe auch keine Lust mit einem Auto selbst zur Gefahr zu werden, aber ich sehe nicht ein wieso ich mich als Schüler täglich in Gefahr begeben soll während jegliche politische Unterstützung ausbleibt und die nächste Autobahn für Millionen gebaut wird, es aber immer nur für diese Selbstmordstreifen reicht. Wie haltet ihr das durch? Habt ihr Tipps wie man solchen Situationen aus dem Weg gehen kann? Ich empfinde es als Skandal dass es in einem derart reichen Land wie Deutschland kein Geld für vernünftige Infrastruktur gibt! Nicht jeder kann und will Auto fahren.

Bei GCN habe ich gelernt das man das erste mal nach 40 Minuten was essen sollte und dann alle 20 Minuten. So viel und oft esse ich nicht, aber bei fünf Stunden Tour kommt doch einiges zusammen. Letztes Wochenende waren es 4 Müsli- bzw. Obstriegel, 4 Bananen, ein großes Snickers und ein Bagel in einem Café. Neben den ganzen Kalorien kommt da aber leider auch echt viel Plastikmüll dabei raus, was ein bisschen gegen meine Lebenseinstellung ist. Deshalb meine Frage, was esst ihr auf dem Rad und habt ihr vielleicht Ideen für Snacks mit weniger Verpackungsmüll?

Hey Leute, ich hab für nächste Woche einen kleinen Urlaub so 80km von mir weg geplant. Fahren will ich dabei viel Waldwege da ich mit dem MTB Unterwegs sein werde. Nun bin ich aber sowieso nicht der erfahrenste Mountainbiker (Was bei den Wegen eigentlich kein Problem darstellt) und ich bin darüber gestolpert dass das fahren im Wald seit 2020 in Bayern strenger ist. Hat jemand schon Erfahrungen damit gemacht? Kann ich meine Tour ohne Probleme umsetzen ohne jetzt viele Probleme zu bekommen oder sollte ich doch lieber auf der Straße bleiben? Wichtig wäre natürlich noch das ich die Strecke mit Komoot geplant habe und dort ja viele Wege eingezeichnet sind die ja auch öfter gefahren werden. Diese Strecken sehen größtenteils auch auf Google Maps mit Sattelt nach einem ordentlichen Weg aus und ich habe auch nicht vor Querfeldein oder random auf Wiesen zu fahren sondern will immer auf Wegen bleiben und auch wenn komoot mal sagt hier soll ein weg sein wieder umzudrehen und nach einem zu suchen. ​ Vielen Dank für die Hilfe und das teilen von euren Erfahrungen

Welcher Laufradsatz für mein CUBE?

Hallo zusammen! Ich bin neu in der Community und allgemein auf reddit, deswegen weiß ich nicht wie man hier nach Beiträgen sucht. Verweist mich sonst gerne auf andere hilfreiche Beiträge. Mein Fahrrad ist das CUBE Agree C62 SL 2020 (Link zum Datenblatt: [https://archiv.cube.eu/2020/378300](https://archiv.cube.eu/2020/378300)). Ich möchte nun den Laufradsatz upgraden. Aktuell ist der Originale ( Fulcrum Racing 77 DB ) drauf mit Steckachse . Alle Laufradsätze, die ich online finde haben einen Schnellspanner. Gibt es dafür dann Adapter oder wie funktioniert das? Dazu finde ich online nur wenige Infos. Welche Laufradsätze könnt ihr mir empfehlen? (Bis ca. 1.000€) Vielen Dank für eure Hilfe!
